Seriously guys, I'm not trying to be a jerk here, but you're in the wrong place if you think you're going to get absolute definitive information on ANY message board. NOBODY knows for sure exactly what's going to happen or when it's going to happen. NOBODY! If you only want verified facts, then turn off your computer and wait for the formal announcement.

But some good respectable posters who have been here a long time, and Bazza is one of them, are giving you whatever bits of information they can. No guarantees the information is going to be 100% accurate but I can promise you that guys like Tilly and Bazza (who have higher post counts and have been around for a long time), aren't going to post something unless they trust their source and it's more than likely from some of the same sources the "insiders" are getting their info. They're never going to out their sources. They aren't going to make stuff up or repost internet garbage. You can take their information for what it's worth or you can ignore it.

Sorry for the rant but people questioning sources and discrediting people who post information is going to result in information being cut off.

They were definitely far less entertaining.

 

No to mention, his people wouldn’t fly in now if they were that far apart if it’s all been done from distance, and if a deal had to be done in three days they likely wouldn’t leave. His agency also has a Gainesville office that could very well be handling things, at least in part. And there is no way we would let assistant money scuttle the deal, unless the demands were completely out of the norm -you don’t go for a home run hire and then lowball his assistants. I can see some serious bartering around speaking engagements, but again little chance a deal wold be scuttled over it. The whole Foley SOS thing has basically been debunked also.
