if you're seriously interested in coaching the Gators please send a resume and show some interest today. FYI , more fans will watch one home game at the SWAMP then will see you coach half season in Orlando. Give serious consideration to having a discussion prior to the end of your football season.

If it was never going to be Chip Kelly, or for that matter, if they were targeting him but there were any doubts about landing him, then AD Skip Chitlins should've been more aggressive than he was in trying to tamp down the CK talk. He allowed the hype train to leave the station and get pretty far down the line before Tweeting his half-hearted precautionary comments.

That said, even after all this Chip Kelly hype, I think Scott Frost would still be an acceptable option for most fans. But anyone short of that will be seen as a letdown, unless it's some other current HC who we'd love to get but is not on our radar for whatever reason.
