I feel ya man, I’d really like to know the exact details of the negotiations... but you can bet your ass now that we never will know anything for certain.

 

We gave him everything he said he wanted in the offer by all accounts, agreed to in principal.
Him coming back at the last minute and asking for more doesn't mean he hadn't agreed prior.

 

Obviously CK is an elite candidate, but plausible that SS figured he'd be happy to conclude a deal over the last 10 days since CK was the only game in town. Now the other candidates are available for discussion, so it's indeed time to move off of Kelly's timetable and close this out one way or another.

 

Who says we cant afford a big time coach? Im sure we offered him the moon and then he want back for thirds and wanted more for his assistants or a cut from the merch..not going to happen.
