Update: Kelly buzz..."The Thread" Hall of Fame bound.

I was thinking the same thing and wondering the last time i saw a gator game with this much energy

True. And it is incredible how much the right coach for a particular program can do in short order. I hope we find that guy. I'm beginning to think we are not getting Kelly but wondering how I will feel if it turns out we do... did he say "no" then "yes", was it all orchestrated by UAA... "whu happin" I will ask.

My worst fear about not getting Kelly is the number of threads after each of his losses ... the obsession- Meanwhile at UCLA, and by then I won't give two poops because he was never our coach to begin with.

Just get us a guy that knows how to win and keep us relevant again. On that note, I’m opening a bottle of red. It’s 5:00 somewhere and I never cared about the time anyway

Ehh, I wouldn't call fans being fans and being invested in potential moves to better their program embarrassing.
That's kind of what fans do.
We believe on our end that UF has done what it takes to get him, now we wait. Still.
Everybody jumping off of a cliff and neither side has said anything. Still.
I would be hesitant to call someone who scrutinizes fans for being fans (and having some fun) so heavily, a fan.

The way a smart Shelly Strokin' would handle it ... leak that we are moving on. If Kelly sticks no problem. If he signs with another school, "we moved on".

Tell Frost and other candidates,we moved on because of the NCAA issues that we weren't entirely comfortable with, and we decided we wanted (depending on candidate speaking to) someone younger, blacker, less irish, more buff ....

 

Still would rather have had Kelly over any coach we can realistically get or will end up with
