Update: Alec Baldwin case dismissed

She is still responsible given that's the only reason she has a job. It's like a driver texting and speeding, running a stop sign a tboning a vehicle resulting in 2 deaths. He's convicted and the defense lawyer is going to appeal to throw out the verdict because he wasn't texting. Well, so what? He was still speeding and ran a stop sign resulting in 2 people's death.

That is a horrible analogy to use in a prosecutorial misconduct/Brady violation/Discovery violation situation. It makes no sense at all and has zero applicability.
