This is not good and for some students will not end well. It reads like the Uni's are willing to put students at risk in order to increase revenue.
Would these arrangements be subject to review by the feds who control the student loans at these schools? this practice definetely seems predatory and for the public universities to use it to raise funds doesn't seem to be right
