Arteaga would be a surprising choice to me. Cane lifer just like demare. Just seems like more of the same unless I'm missing something. Not sure why this isn't an attractive job. Plenty of history and they have hosted regionals 2 straight years. They just had a far better season than fsu.
Pitching coach related so sort of on topic.. AU pitching coach Shoenrock steping down after 1 year. Not a big surprise, was about to be ran out of town mid season anyways..lol Have a hunch Scott Stricklin will replace him.. his son decomitted from UGa after fired, and now at AU. Hudson left to coach his son in HS,, who was SR. So I guess hes back w/ nothing to do also.. May return, but still say Stricklin.
