If I recall the unhinged defeated former president was still in office in 2020 during the worst of the Covid pandemic and the Republicans also had a Senate majority. If you're trying to fix blame it should be on the guy was actually in office at the time.

 

Biden had more covid deaths even with all of his foolery, like democrats to take advantage of a crisis.

It's the China Virus. I blamed China. I now blame Fauci for lying and misleading the US government too.

 

RINOs still need purging... The MAGA Pubs need to drive the RINOs from the Republican Party into the Uniparty... where they belong.

 

Adding that by the standards of the MAGA Republican Party, Eisenhower, Nixon, Reagan and both Bushes would be considered RINOs.

 

Adding that a significant percentage of those that died during Biden's term office refused to take the vax even though it was available. The mortality rate for the unvaccinated was significantly higher than that for Americans who were vaccinated. I don't think Biden can be held responsible for wilful ignorance and by the way those that refused the vax tended to be MAGA Republicans.

That's just an excuse. There were zero vaccines for most of Trump's final year in office. You know you wouldn't say this if the situation was the reverse. (shaking head)

 

Really? Nixon signed the legislation establishing the EPA as well as the Clean Air and Clean Water Acts. MAGA Republicans are against any environmental regulations that could impose a cost on industry. Reagan actually praised immigrants and immigration and signed the Immigration Reform Act of 1986 which gave amnesty to undocumented immigrants. Eisenhower was pro-Civil Rights and used the National Guard and the US troops to protect students integrating Little Rock Central High School and every one of those former president embraced America's role as leader of the Free World and especially our role in NATO. Eisenhower, Nixon, Reagan and George H.W. Bush are metaphorically rolling over in their graves regarding the possibility that a president who has praised a former KGB colonel who called the collapse of the Soviet Union a great geopolitical catastrophe and has threatened to withdraw from NATO is leading their party.

 

I'm not blaming Trump for the lack of vaccinations. In fact, one of his few real accomplishments was the creation of the Covid vax under his Operation Warp Speed. I am blaming MAGA Republicans and the right-wing media for the refusal of Americans to take the vax once it became available. In fact, the Covid death rate was higher among Republicans than Democrats after the vax became available. Not sure that Biden deserves the blame. One irony is that one of the few times Trump was booed by his own supporters was when he urged the audience to take the vax at one of his MAGA rallies, the first and last time he did so.

I'm sure democratic governors moving covid infected elderly from hospitals to nursing home care facilities had nothing to do with the spike in deaths. Give me a break from your political hypocrisy.

 

There was only one Democratic governor who did so, it was Andrew Cuomo and if you bothered doing research you would know that the elderly Covid patients who were returned to nursing homes after hospitalization were no longer infectious. Nursing home residents in New York State who acquired Covid were infected by staff and visitors the majority of whom were either asymptomatic or hadn't yet developed symptoms.

 

Deflection... comparing where those other would be in the Pub Party matters not. MAGA is new so that is a logical fallacy.

Right now several Pubs in the Republican Party are RINO/Uniparty NWO clowns.

By the way none of those former Presidents except for the Bush's would be NWO clowns. Bush senior the first to even mention that phrase in public.

Also, Reagan bargained for restrictions on ILLEGAL immigration, for which he conceded Amnesty--and got the wool pulled over his eyes.

Trump's stand was a matter of not getting fleeced in the same vain as Reagan; IOW, Reagan's legacy.

Trump was also internationally strong like TR, Ike, Reagan, and W.

Trump also freed the nation's unborn from the legally protected fate of the objectively, legally wrong Roe v Wade (instrumental anyway), as Lincoln freed the slaves.

(I do not defend the covid spending orgy Trump signed off on, though to recognize it (compartmentalize it) as mitigating factor).

 

Trump had no vaccine distribution plan. It was utter chaos. Biden had the vaccine, but most people couldn't get their first shot until May or June.

And again, vaccine intake differed between red and blue areas. Mortality rates from COVID were 38% higher in red states versus blue states, even two years after the introduction of the vaccine. How many lives would have been saved had the red states taken the vaccine at the same rate as blue states? And how is this Biden's fault?

 

Looks like we're in a recession. Jobs aged are government jobs, migrant jobs and part-time jobs.

 

Recession? The economy is still growing. And if you look, 65k of the 70k government jobs added in June are at the state and local level. Healthcare also grew at a large pace. And while unemployment ticked up, so did the number of open positions. And we are still at a place where there are more open positions than there are unemployed.
