In order to be a non qualifier he would have to be ineligible or the university hasn’t granted his admission.. regardless in order to take any visits he would have had to register with the clearinghouse his junior year before any official or unofficial visits. It’s very very rare for a player to be ineligible. He just flat out didn’t show up.
