    Sadly until they invest more in coaching and support for the program it'll continue. I have about given up. There is ZERO reason for UF to be this bad. Heck even the one time we actually tried to hire BIG it went awful.

    Love Kara... but if she succeeds she will be the next coach at UT.

    It's criminal that as many times as this job has opened that Smesko has never been a serious candidate.
