That planned golf course development is W of Parker Rd (122nd St) and didn't get clearance in their initial application to the County Development board. It will most likely eventually happen, but who knows what the timeline looks like or if UF would be involved.

    I didn't know being a fatazz was a disability?

But all jokes aside there should be a designated area/s for the people with disabilities in the stadium that does NOT effect the entire stadium.

    I like this idea!

A dome with a retractable roof would be very useful! It would accommodate all sorts of conventions, NCAA basketball tournament games, etc. and prevent football cancellations!

An all purpose dome like Syracuse has except with a retractable roof.

I really like the idea of a new stadium built on the golf course if they get permission to build the new golf course!

Keep a park around the new football stadium which can be used for the track/cross country team to work out on and people to stroll and picnic in!

So, we would have a football stadium in a park. Absolutely beautiful and a great selling point for recruits and their families.

The IPF and the newly roofed old stadium would be practice facilities for all sports and a huge concert venue, etc!

Keep playing 3 and 9 ball and 25000 seats will be more than enough.

I suggest a budget of $500k to do some painting and “invest” the balance into the NIL fund, in the hopes we become more competitive.

If they make the seat pries too expensive then you will see empty seats in the stadium for cupcake games. Leave the seating capacity alone. We demand cheaper seat prices NOT more expensive ones.

Can we at least use some of the $400M to hire a special teams coordinator?

Seating will be adjusted. It's coming. I believe about a 10K drop. Get ready.

Good topic of discussion. It's actually something that money for architects, contractors, etc that the UAA can control well with competent oversight and program management.

And yes, if it ends up looking like a flying saucer they messed up. Maybe an alligator where you enter the mouth.

I don't believe they would ever build a new stadium but imagine if they did and had a food court that included a Joe's Deli, Burrito Brothers, CJ's, Skeeter's and Spurrier's Grill. I think I'd go to some games extra early and stay late just to eat.

Yes I think the menu would be drastically reduced with smaller portions for one of those. SOS would probably love to have his own spot and memorabilia in the Swamp with a private eating room.
Unless you are talking about Skeeter's of course....

College football hasn't catered to college kids since I've been alive. It mostly caters to old guys who never really played sports but want to spend millions of dollars to pretend they're part of a team or something.
