It was posted in another thread that Gator pitcher Samantha Bender is out for the rest of the year with a stress fracture in her hip. Apparently, it's an old injury that she re-aggravated. Too bad, as that makes our pitching depth even thinner.

I think so. Bender transferred in as a Grad Senior.

 

Good job by Longley, getting a hit through the shift. Too bad Coach Walton's tribute to Kinsey didn't pay off. Would have been nice to see her get a hit there.

 

Hightower really has her change-up working today. Pitching with more confidence and control than I've seen in awhile.
