    Yes, daughter had a bone marrow transplant. Once she got out of the hospital, she lived on campus for a while as her immune system recovered. Incredible treatment at Stanford Medical.

    Infants follow the same vaccine schedule that children, young adults and adults do who are unvaccinated, that’s because it takes that many shots for most people do develop immunity.
    The hepatitis vaccine schedule was the same for me in 1986 at 18 as it was for my kids when they were born.

    They do possess some immunity from the mother passed utero but that is from the mother’s immune system. They don’t have their own innate immunity to specific pathogens as they haven’t been directly exposed.
