When #47 lifts sanctions on Russia (wait for it, coming soon), will Russia stop their aggression? Not likely. So who will be responsible then for de-stabilizing Europe?

You would have to be fairly ignorant to think that Ukraine could possibly be any American's Vietnam, with zero active U.S. troops fighting (or dying) in the war. In Vietnam, there was a proxy war going on, but it was Russia and China that were supplying the North Vietnamese, and it was American troops that were dying. Since the U.S. was defeated in that conflict, a smart person could make the argument that being a weapons supplier to a party in a conflict is a highly successful method for seeing your client state win the war.
