Even though it didn’t work out at UF for em, glad that he was able to find a spot for himself Diwun Black - Temple Owls Defensive End - ESPN
I've heard both. I know there was a,service related thing and I think injury just sealed it for the season
I said this after he didn’t start against Miss St. Livingston has been playing a lot more and we are getting Amir Jackson next season.
He already redshirted, so he could have played all this year and still have next year because of an extra covid year. Just interesting when he's expected to help us.
Negative! 2020 was a free year. You don't get an "extra" year for Covid. He played in 21,22 & 23. He redshirted in 24 and will play in 25 (his 4th season). He has 2 years of grad work to get his masters degree. He's one of those odd football players that is going to college for his degree. Then, it's back to the US Air Force. I believe he is getting paid as a 2nd LT while he gets his masters. Caleb Rillos - Football - Florida Gators
I’m guessing whoever is left may have already told the coaches but have been asked to hold off announcing until ESD to add some excitement for that day.
All time great and loyal recruit. Had some work to do in the classroom but stayed loyal to our Gators. But, he was soooo athletic and seemed like a kid with great football IQ. What happened?
i’m thinking the coaching we had didn’t bring out the best in him. Woulda probably done wonders in Gumbs role this season. He was ultra athletic. Hope the NFL gives him a shot
