    Tampa
either Kam Davis(RB) or Kevin Knowles(DB)

From the size of the player, I would go with Davis.

What's the point, that the team loafed on the run?

That it looks like 95% of the players just turned and ran either to the locker room or to their practice groups. If Norvell was trying to make this a tradition, it ain't happening this year.

Now, 100% do not agree that this proves he's lost the locker room, just that in the context of their season, you don't want this kind of video getting out because it finds its way into posts like that.

A tradition that the team runs the field length together, as "team"? Lame, really.

Not saying this guy isn't great because he is great, but coaching and schemes have a lot more to do with this sort of play than most people think too. We might even have a player or two that can do that, and we just don't see it because the coaching and scheme just isn't there. The assistant coaches, especially on defense, we have been major disappointments... pretty much all of them.

you are correct about scheme. Per fall practice insiders claim The d line is coached to move horizontally at the snap to fill/find gaps so no one ever gets early penetration- this is especially the case for the inside guys but edge guys follow similar strategies from Roberts.

Thanks and if that's the case then we are playing a flawed scheme. There is no way on Earth that we can gain a power rush moving sideways... That's just NUTS!!!! How in the world is this, if true, the type of technique we're using on the D-line?

It's no wonder our D-line is getting BLOWN OUT by the most substandard talent. Does Napier not know one single thing about what the D-line is doing? That is not even a technique... IT'S A PLAN TO FAIL...

Someone needs to set that D-line coach STRAIGHT... AS IN, BULL RUSH STRAIGHT AT AND THOUGHT THE O-LINE...

At the very least, you line up so that you rush straight from where your footing is positioned... NOT SIDEWAYS. Now that does not preclude spin and twists, but you got straight to get the biggest power push you can get all while spinning or twisting if need be.

If you're right, Spike, then no wonder we're not getting any consistent push from the D-line. It's intemitten at best and always seems to come late in games.

seems just another conservative type of game plan /scheme that he prefers- if indeed those reports were accurate. With the talent profile of the d line, especially the edge guys, I do think it is scheme more so than talent being an issue - players are not being utilized to their strengths.

it can’t be that every 4 star edge we have recruited has no ability to rush the passer
