Yeah I'll still disagree with that. Go look at how many of his teammates are in the NFL. Bennet did his job but he wouldn't have done any of thst without his supporting cast.
27 players drafted in 2022 and 2023 lol. That's more than just having big strong guys. Bennett evolved into a solid qb but he'd never come close to doing what he did without that supporting cast and how it changed what was asked of him. Not to mention him being there 6 years and finishing without a degree. I'm gonna bow out of this now because i don't care to argue about how great Georgia's roster was/is. Hate them
They don't have anyone at receiver or rb or te who can make a qb look good either. They look like CBN's first season without an AR.
Did we pay him a lot of money to look bad in our games? I'm pretty sure he always was a below average qb among SEC qb.
And with the OL play flipped from yr 1 to yr 2. OL and AR probably saved us from having an utter disaster of a season in year 1 while they held us back last year. FSU will get better on defense but they are going to have to grind it out a lot more this year than last. Offense is gonna be rough unless their OL makes big steps forward.
I just looked it up. They had 119 yds total offense and 7 first downs and scored 42 points. Not under 100 yards, but pretty good production wouldn't you say. Was it Vandy?
