Since there’s only soon to be less than 50 teams on the same level, it gives the minor leagues more roster spots.

 

I mean it was mainly a joke but in all seriousness the movie reached a wider range of audience. You ain't having kids watch any given sunday. And there isn't many people more easily influenced than kids, which allowed this movie to resonate more.

The Blind Side was a VERY Hollywood-ized movie in that it very loosely followed actual events and more than a few were completely fabricated.

I hope they are outside crushing it from 1-4 everyday instead of in that A/C football palace. That Indoor practice facility ain't gonna get them ready. The only time that area should be used is if there is lightning in the area.

Crush - Go back to 40 years before the outdoor facility was opened. Check rain / inclement weather games (NOT COLD WEATHER).
