a Gator twitter friend (who use to post here actually) said it best lol “Farmers insurance Ben hill griffin stadium @ Steve spurrier field presented by Amazon”
Maybe we should get the State of Florida taxpayers to be the sponsor and we could call it Florida Field. Hhhmmm sounds familiar.....
Only one I can remember. https://247sports.com/Player/mac-markway-46083873/ Found another https://247sports.com/Player/cj-hawkins-46111840/
Taxes haven't been used to fund our athletic dept in a long time. Academic side gets the gov't funds. We're not FSU. I find it very unlikely the folks who are against corporate sponsors are going to step up and replace that money with their own wallets. Running the athletic dept has gotten exponentially more expensive over the last few years. The money to, or at least try to, remain competitive will have to come from somewhere.
Looking through these decommit lists, they're fascinating. https://247sports.com/college/florida/season/2022-football/decommits/
There’s been some good nfl tes that weren’t nearly as good when the qb changed. Some qbs are lethal with a te.
That’s how I took it at first but I think his point was to get it back to Florida field. If we wanted to take a bunch of tax revenue to fund it we’d call it doak something or other
neither one of them were rated near as high as Jackson and most importantly They are both from the class prior to Jackson's so they are not relevant to the post.
If you believe that loser has any sources outside of internet forums, I’ve got some oceanfront property in Arizona to sell you.
We've gone over this numerous times. I don't think he is anybody special but if his guesses are right that's good for us, and if he's wrong its no sweat off of our backs. You can't tell me though you also don't hope he's right with this one. Who wouldn't want a 5* OL?
