Let’s see if this Baylor football coach is banished like the prior one. Will he be held accountable for the actions of his student athletes? The coaches are not gambling or mistreating-assaulting women. They are restricted by the NCAA on how much time they can be around the players.
A little more info on the shooting, it was in Sarasota. From the article: The former Sarasota High and Braden River High standouts were victims in a shooting at 3:30 a.m. Saturday in the 3400 block of 17th Street in Sarasota, according to Sarasota County sheriff deputies and other sources. Tommie Battie IV, 24, was pronounced dead at the scene. Brian Battie, 22, a running back at Auburn, was shot and is in critical condition at a local hospital, according to a source familiar with the incident. Deputies who initially responded to the Tallywood Centre Plaza witnessed a large crowd with multiple shooting victims in the parking lot. Three additional victims were transported to local hospitals in Sarasota and Manatee counties. Auburn running back Brian Battie critically wounded, brother Tommie Battie killed in shooting

Sarasota is dead by 11:00PM. Well, I'm old and so are my 2 friends that live there. We don't know of any place to hang out past midnight. There was a nude beach there though. (Off topic)
On my way home one night years back I passed a bottle club while taking someone home from a night out. Parking lot was packed and I remember saying you can't pay me to go to one of those after hours clubs. Next morning saw there was a shooting that night with a couple deaths. 15 years as a fire/medic. Hard pass. Unfortunately young adults gotta scratch the itch. I get it
