Yep. You could probably do a supplemental contract that required an appearance in the city of the bowl game, but that still won't make them play. You probably wouldn't want to pay a projected top draft pick what he would want to play one more game anyway. You wouldn't really have any way to tie this in to the initial contract, because you don't even know if your team will make a bowl, much less which one they'll be in.
