Thanks, but I think my Daughter understands that she didn't perform as well as she could have to get in. She has other options to pursue to get into UF if it is truly her dream school destination. If she wants that enough, she can get her Associates, gain entry as an upperclassman, and get a UF degree just like my Son did.
IA is Spring and Summer semester attendance for in person classes and online for the Fall semesters. Different than Pace. However, with IA you can live on campus in dorms, go through Fall sorority rush, …I have a neighbor whose daughter is in IA now. They lived in Beatty Towers when she was a freshman. The kids that applied IA are accepted at much higher rate. Good luck to your daughter. Have another friend whose daughter went to USF for one year and then transferred into UF. Did not have to wait until AA completion. I think UF is better in securing summer internships and post grad job offers. My daughter received a nice offer to work in DC when she graduated UF. Many of her UF friends are now working in DC as well. Great city for young people.
1937 Amelia Earhart disappears, Hindenburg disaster, Queen Elizabeth assumes thrown, FDR President for second term, … 1939 Hitler invades Poland, Jewish concentration camps established, WW2 begins, Albert Einstein and FDR create the Manhattan Project, Lou Gehrig day begins, late 30’s were some eventful times in history
QE2 was 1952, her Father, George VI assumed the throne in 1937 after his Brother abdicated to marry Wallis Simpson. Certainly an upheaval in British politics.
Speaking of the 30s, the Gators played at Florida Field for the first time in 1930, and joined the Southeastern Conference as a founding member in 1932!
Bull Crap, I played behind Dale Van Sickle dude. I smoke, drink and hit on the women's hard Wanne, keeps me.......fresh. Lol
Ya'll know that Dale Van Sickle was one of the first UF All Americans? Maybe the first. Also was in early film. Interesting life.
Wow a 42” vertical that’s really surprising at least to me. Already a polished route runner, I hope he has great success in the league. He’s been a bright spot for gators the last two seasons.
