I used to go to Hogans in early 80s. Been around long time. Have to be good with that type of staying power
The practice week is more important than the game, in this particular contest. It's just a stage for scouts to watch the athletes up-close all week. Can't say I have a problem with this one.
Can’t blame him really, the SEC is just a brutal place for Champions. Long live the SEC… mighty champions of College Football.
^^^Thanks. I only knew the one down on right hand side of 13th street as you headed north. I think there used to be a movie theater across the Street 40 years back. Been a long time for me. I was during the Brown Derby, Danny’s, CJs, Bennigans, Joes Deli, Skeeters, Hot Tubs, Tony and Pats, the Mill, … era.
Michigan built a good, deep, experienced team. Took them that 3rd at bat with that group but they got it done. How the heck did they lose to TCU last year? OSU keeps stealing Florida kids. I'm so sick of them. BAMA and UGA are one thing but OSU is a thousand miles away and continues to just pillage Florida HS talent. UF should just throw the bank at Hartline and hire the damn man. When comparing conferences, Michigan and OSU would certainly rank up there with the SEC's best. But look at the drop off when you compare the rest of the SEC with the rest of the Big 10. Perhaps the recent addition of West Coast teams will even things out a bit but thats doubtful. I still forsee some type of consolidation that has 2 "conferences" or entities running Power 5 with somewhere around 40+ teams, perhaps a few more. The ACC survivors will have to go somewhere, a few independents maybe. Obviously Notre Dame will land somewhere.
