We have known this was a possibility for a while. They’ve brought in some transfers for visits. I’ll be surprised if we don’t bring in another more experienced/mature backup, but wouldn’t bank on him being a top tier guy. I think they took a walk on qb in the portal already, but could be mistaken.

    Kressler is the PWO.

Arky State transfer visited today if he's offered he'll jump I'd imagine.

I sure hope that the staff has had good relations with the Florida players that went elsewhere, because it appears a lot of these players gravitate back to home over time with the free transfer rules.

It'll be interesting to watch the "rebuild". Lots of talent but has to be tons of issues. Changing roster and culture weve seen firsthand too often. And they have to be panicking with Texas in. Their worst nightmare.

In Pat’s profession you are always subject to criticism and he endured his fair share. I have always enjoyed his writing and commentary.
Hope he enjoys retirement, but I suspect we will hear from him in some fashion down the road. At least I hope we do. Hard to quit his profession cold turkey.

2 of our underwhelming AC's and a few of our underwhelming players.... what could go wrong lmao! But I think you nailed it, Texas coming in has got to be affecting their psyche. Fresh off a sick recruiting class & a playoff appearance can't be sitting well with them.

What's intriguing about E.J. Smith watching from the bench the Gators beating his NIL cow?

Emmitt stayed in Dallas/Texas didn't he? Also didn't EJ's sister attend or is still attending TAMU?

Love the hire. RR been there and done that several times. Really impressed with his resume. His defense definitely kept Auburn in some games.

But held arkansas to 10 points and less than 250 yards. Much better than UF performance. Some good some bad. Like all coaches.

Grantham never gave up 4th and 31..mostly because his defenses had already gave up 3rd and 17 conversions for a first.
