    Utah - Bama was the 2009 Sugar Bowl with Brian Johnson at QB. That was the last year we beat Bama in the SEC Championship Game.

    Good point. An obvious exception. And certainly proof that SOME success in a major doesn't necessarily translate into GREAT success at a better school with better resources. Could make the same argument against Kiffen.
