Hire a proven offensive coordinator.
Hire a proven special teams coach.
To do this under the rules, let one of the OL coaches go. Neither has recruited immediate top line talent.
Otherwise, you could be toast.

I don't see the "large ego" comment as being particularly appropriate, but the rest is pretty much spot on. After all, DM's antics set a pretty high bar for anyone aspiring to become the most self-enamored ego monkey in modern UF history. That's not meant as a criticism, I'm just giving credit where it's due.

Lol... I got into a "discussion" with someone else, where I said the same thing. That TCU was not that great and beating that team would not really be as big as it would have been before the Natty last year.
