Even better, I found tickets at 50 yard line, row 26 for $40. I'll be cheering for Miami hard against Miami of the sea. A middling Gators season would be a tiny bit easier to swallow watching Miami (Dade) lose half their home games in front of a combined 50k fans.
Tickets cost less then a number 3 at McDonald's and the stadium will still be filled only a QTR full. Shit Chik fil A probably will have more people in their drive through then Miaminhas in the stands.
I bought Sling for the college football season so I could catch the games on my computer at work. Flippin 50 bucks a month but at least I won’t miss any games.
I have a good friend whose great grandfather was a Latter-day Saint who lived just a few miles south of Salt Lake City. To have more than one wife back in the 1870's, one had to be "called" by the General Authorities of the church to do so. He told me that only around 2% of the men were called to be so. It was not something that a man could just decide to do. One also had to be personally and financially responsible to do this. (Many women had lost their husband to sickness and death and there was not a man to take care of the farm in that arid land.) My friend's great grandfather spent half the week on his farm and then had to travel 25 miles south to Provo and spent the last half of the week working on his second wife's farm. In his personal journal, the man did not like doing all this work and travel. ...not all the fun and games that one would think.
Before I remarried, I became acquainted with the dangers of having multiple "girl friends." It gets a little sticky when you can't keep the names and the faces straight. Just saying.
