They might not like that much competition... too hard.

AKA, their fans, some of them, are praying that they get into the SEC so they can soil us with their cheating, dirty, scheming crap. They are hoping for an SEC LIFELINE.

We cannot ever let that team into the SEC... No more Florida schools, they add no more eyes/viewers to the SEC footprint.

 

Those games were not the blowouts we had the year before, but to call them “nail biters” is just not accurate.

 

Miss state, Tennessee, Arkansas, they were all 1 possession games in the 4th quarter. None of those teams were great, I think Tennessee was 6-6 that year and miss state was 5-7, Arkansas was pretty good but that game was in the swamp and we were lucky to get the W.

 

I believe the USCe game was like a 3 point game going into the 4th quarter as well.

 

That's a game I can't remember anything about. I don't know why, I usually have pretty good recall, and that one is just a blank. 09 would have been the year before Spurrier rattling off 11 win seasons right?

I went back and watched the highlights, usce is on UFs 20 driving down 3 at end of 3rd. First play of the 4th Trattou picks off a tipped pass and returns to usce 20, gators score in 3 plays to go up 10 and pretty much put the game out of reach. Back to my initial point, Cooper scored on first play of our first possession on a slant, had one other drive that produced points, and the other 10 points came off great field position after turnovers. Sturgis missed a 54, 53, and like 30 yd field goal as well.

Well that's not good. Welcome to August, I guess.

 

Now that UCF moved out FSU should replace them in the AAC...Im for that...and the ACC will probably be a tougher schedule for them with more fans in the opposing stands than at FSUs home stadium.

 

This ^ for the billion nth time.

Cowards didn't want to join when UF bend over backwards to help get them to the SEC. Now, UF should do everything they can to keep them out of the SEC.

 

Doesn't appear to be serious but we didn't much info other than he's day to day right now.
