He may have been a bit overwhelmed. Not everyone is on the same timetable for development.
    I’m with you. Go Gators.

Just watch the games. 6-7 isn’t going to get a stair . I like him, he’s a gator but will never be a gator great. He may be an nfl great though.

Is a 4 man front which includes Big Dez considered a 5 man front? Just asking.

That’s fine, the majority of players who have played for the program aren’t Gator greats.

I truly wish I knew what kind of player lineup he's planning.

There were some really bad Saturdays that he turned in. I realize he didn’t want to have bad days and I’m sure he felt terrible.

Gator fans have endured some pretty bad Saturdays for over a decade now, it’s something we unfortunately have gotten used to.

I can’t believe that we are even comparing Tebow and Trask to AR. The only thing in common was their jersey number . It’s an embarrassment that he was allowed to use Tebows number.

    I doubt Tebow even cared.

AR is a tough one for me. I partly think he was preserving himself, even if slightly.
But what was most concerning was when the game wasn’t going our way I saw him get lost on the sidelines in his own head. Right or wrong, QBs have to be able to immediately hit the reset button (similar to a pitcher in baseball), clear that out of your head then be a leader of the team. The team can’t see the General sulking on the sidelines, regardless of the sport or the endeavor.

All that said, AR represented us well. I wish we had one more year with him. It might have benefited us both

Are you telling me UF is still doing that? Without any ace recruiters other than Raymond?
lol at this example. Mario is listed as Juedy primary recruit and Napier as secondary. We don’t have a Mario on staff to go close.

I wouldn’t go as far as the jersey comparison but there is no comparison even with Trask. 15 should be retired if it was a thing but Spurrier did away with that I guess.

Yep - SOS un-retired 11 shortly after becoming our HBC. Good Gator trivia: who was first to wear the un-retired 11 jersey?

Of course UF is doing that, as is every other school in the country. And Spence and Juluke are both very strong recruiters, as is Napier of course. And while many will doubt it, Bateman is also very good. And look for Calloway to be that young dynamic guy that makes noise on the trail quickly.
Your example is indicative of that....Mario had So Fla as his territory and Napier was the WR coach. That's the methodology everyone uses.
Of course much of this is now secondary to $$$/NIL
