TreVonte' Citizen begins his visit to UF tomorrow.

 

He's solid with Oklahoma. Today's visit was called off.

 

Is the coaching that great at Jackson st? I know deion is an all time great player, but is he a great coach?

 

Has a brother (or relative) at UGA and another brother who is a high level prospect in high school...i sense a brotherly connection at UF in the near future.

 

Beating up lower class teams with superior talent. Coaching is not required.

The 2nd to the last coaching staff I was on included a D1 all conference player and HOF at his school (QB coach and OC), 2 D2 players, and the HC was a former NFL and Europe league player.

They couldn't really coach all that well, which is nothing more than EXPLAINING how to do things. They just didn't have the skill set. They were dumb or anything, just didn't have much experience actually teaching. The OC couldn't explain his offense so we scrapped and it went with mine. Installed the terminology in one afternoon.

 

I don’t think the NFL really cares where you play. They can get to NFL from JSU.

My only question for elite going to JSU is do you want to build your college memories playing the ms valleys, Ala A&Ms, Prairie Views or the Auburn, Alabama, Georgia, LSU, Florida, Ohio State…

Nothing against those smaller schools, it’s just far more people will be interested if you’re in those bigger games. How many national highlights did JSU show up on ESPN vs P5 teams.

But, I can’t argue if that’s their choice. You won’t be able to go back and create the college memories once/if you get to the nfl. And college game day at any of these P5 schools is just different. Just saying…

i haven’t watched too many of their games in detail (it’s usually casually watching) to know to be honest with you lol

McCaskill was a third-team All-Sun Belt selection in 2020 and a second-teamer in 2021. He led the team in tackles both seasons, 83 and 84, respectively. The sixth-year linebacker will take advantage of the extra eligibility afforded to him due to COVID-19 and play his final season elsewhere.

Though it doesn’t seem he has been offered by the Gators yet, it’s a move they should definitely consider.

Put him in the slot, in motion, etc., million ways to get him away from tight coverage at los. Dozens of 5 8" pro bowl receivers. Wes Welker, Desean Jackson, Steve Smith Mark Duper etc, etc.,
Shorter arms could be ball closer to the chest, less chance to fumble. With the less physicality allowed to db's, it's time to bring back the smurfs!
