I’m of the thought that we pretty much have so we have in the high school ranks. Time to hit the portal hard. Need a few good pieces out of it along with a qb.

21 commits maybe … the loss of our lowest ranked commit didn’t drop us 9 spots

actually bumped up our average a decent amount

Miami is one of a few that are dumb enough to hand over QB money to an OL.

If UF gives the top qb 25 mil/ half what nfl does, do you think Ruiz is going to pay enough to make him go to Miami?

Most games will be played in empty stadium in the future. But, they will just chargé more on TV packages. It's happening in movie théâtres. Some movies doesn’t even show in movie théâtres. Comes out in Netflix or whatever.
I don't go to the games anymore cause I can't afford it, unless I get a free ticket from my employer.
I just watch games on my couch now and spend $10 for a box of Bubba burgers to cook on the grill. :)

I think we will close with some four stars but in the .92 range, we will not be having a top 50 party

Yep nothing has changed since what was going on last week but people keep getting sucked in by “insiders” whose job it is to speculate and drive site clicks.

I hear ya but a disciplined family and recruit would (IMO):
    A) Set very specific bounderies about distributing contact info.
    B) Set up a specific timetable for coaches to contact, those that break the rules are immediately disqualified from consideration.
    C) Tell anyone associated with "recruiting services" the following:
"KISS-OFF" if we want to talk with you, we will "reach-out" any of your people will be "blocked" immediately if not solicited.
(This of course would not apply to the kids that wish to play the "game" and want to cause anxiety among multiple suitors) - Considering that the recruiting limelight they recieve may be the ONLY time 90 - 95% of these kids get the "lime-light" in their entire lives, I suspect a high % wish to indulge in the "game".

Is this money coming from the university or a 3 Rd party like the collective?
    If from UF,
If UF does it don't you think every other school would do it as well? Sending players back to NIL.
Plus as it stands now. No school is allowed to give players that kind of money. Nor does any school generate enough profit to be able to do that consistently.
In 2020 UF football reported a 41 million dollar surplus. In 2021 it was only 15 million.
No school can legally pay a player outright. It would have to be voted on by the NCAA and if approved all schools could do it.

I guess the available time to visit terminally ill kids at the hospital and volunteer at the Boys and Girls clubs has gone the way of the buffalo.

I think you’re completely missing what I’m saying. Collective-bargaining agreement, contracts, 51% of money earned to the players. The NFL has a perfect system for paying players and not letting the other teams cheat

I will start by saying I have NO CLUE what the realities of NIL negotiations are, especially in terms of HOW MUCH / HOW ITS actually handled, but I have the following opinions:

I DO NOT believe the NIL figures (averages) published by On3.
I DO NOT believe the "figures" bantied about on this board for 5 stars.
I DO NOT believe that some of the reported figures (In the 10's of millions) reported for certain H.S. players is legit. 25 million for an unproven H.S. kid ??? - Sorry, not believing that.
I DO NOT believe that "cheating" has stopped at all. Many posters are citing this and that as "rules" by NCAA member schools, States, or the Courts.

My response...........BWAHAHAHAHA. So people are going to believe that the UNCONTROLLED CHEATING that has been going on for decades will be controlled now?? By the very cheaters thats started this sh*t to begin with? I repeat.BWAHAHAHA.

IMO this crap is a very regrettable reflection of what American Society seems to be devolving into ........ cheaters, cheating.....

Just my opinion. Wait until this time next week..................
