It was loud but it had some lulls because the defense got shredded in the first half. It's definitely up there but 97 fsu and a small handful of others might edge it out for sustained noise.

One more game seems to get forgotten. The 93 Tennessee game. It wasn't as close as the others but heath Shuler was supposed to lead the vols to a victory against us. I think we jumped out to a 21-0 lead before Tennessee made it a little closer. 4th quarter was a monsoon just like the 95 game. The crowds were just rabid back then because we were thirsty for a title and Spurrier just had everyone believing. Fun times

 

Any game in the 90s is louder then todays games … I don’t know who’s dumb idea it was to do the money thing. I got news for ya rubbing your fingers together don’t make noise!!!!

 

Nothing beats 97 FSU. The hatred for each school was intense. Bunch of players showed up at Fat Tuesdays after the game and were received like a hero’s welcome.

The Utah game this year was pretty loud. Burney’s Int should be on the list of top 10 loudest moments.

Should we be surprised that we came out of this “historic visit weekend” with no commits save the one transfer ?

No, these high school guys need to have graphics done for their commitment, maybe have a video done. And they may be announcing at All-American games or have an announcement setup at their school and/or on TV.

Utah was pretty intense throughout. The last drive where AR made a lot of runs was nice
