I’ve read the last two pages. I’m lost as a ball in high weeds.

 

One aircraft flying so far today. It hit Tampa and is currently at Sarasota airport.

 

Having Rashada and DJ on the roster would be one hell of a QB coup, IMO. I know that many of you are hoping for an experienced transfer as well but having these two young gunslingers in the fold, is awfully encouraging for the future, should it work out that way.

Lets face it, having a "Bryce Young" type step into the role is just the fix that Gator Nation needs.

 

Well Lagway is a 24 recruit so we still need a transfer. I will say though that with a guy like Lagway committed a year early….top 5 class guaranteed, probably even top 3. People are going to want to play with him.

 

You do realize the likelihood that we keep both for any length of time is slim.
Rashada needs to start as a freshman so by the time Lagaway redshirts, Rashada will be a junior and if good enough go pro.
If Rashada redshirts that will put him and DJ too close and whoever isn't the starter will transfer out to get playing time.

 

and ultimately if either supplants the other as Starter, that means one of them is really good and is a great problem to have. And when one transfers out, By then we will have a QB in the 2025 waiting

 

I do, but I prefer UF be in the position of what to do with high ranked HS QBs as compared to where we are now.

 

I don't disagree. I hope so. I was just pointing out that QB'S don't want to sit and wait anymore whoever the portal QB is that comes in, Rashada needs to play some and not RS.

 

Well he better bulk up a little if he expects to play in '23. What's he weigh, 170 lbs?

 

Let's hope he is eating well this holiday season

 

He's listed at 185. Adding 15 pounds by next fall shouldn't be too hard.
