I think that is more common than people think (especially on Twitter). It’s been awhile but I remember ESPN even having a story a few years ago about A&M alumni who were posing as UT fans and tweeting racial slurs at recruits to sway them from going to UT. Another prominent example that was not proven to be but seemed like an example of this was when Rashaun Gary started getting racist voicemails from Clemson fans when it looked like he might be going there over Michigan.

What an F'd up world we live in now, liars, dis-information experts, zero moral or ethical considerations...........and this is just over sport........look at the political world.................Oh Boy.....

 

Yeah, but most of it is our fans. Yall can spin it how you want, but there is a healthy sized portion of awful Gator fans.
