Yes that would put the Gators at eighth. By the way Gators coaches visited Georgia's commit RB Jordan James this week. The Gators coaches also visited Alabama HS DT Caden Story on Monday.

you know what? I don’t mind Burney or anyone who has a chance to return for another year to take advantage of it. If Burney or Dean or whatever redshirt/covid senior starter or contributor not getting it done, they’ll be replaced by someone else. Heck, there’s no guarantee either one of those start. I just hope they work hard, get coached up, and be as great as they can be

Did harris troll us? I thought I read we wouldn't give him a committable offer early until we saw him in person, then we tried to turn the heat up late?

 

There is something to be said for natural instincts. Some players just have the ability to read plays, take proper angles, have athleticism to cover mistakes etc but there is no way we had such a feckless pass defense for multiple years without coaching playing a factor. I'm curious and hopeful to see anyone from our defense receive coaching from a different staff. Would love to see what Elam could do with it but I'm happy for him going pro.
