Should be a slam dunk if they do. These deals are supposed to be done through agents and contracts, per FL NIL law. If the collective/money guy is in breach of contract, it should be an easy suit.

 

This is a Miami investor worth several billion dollars. No problem with $15 million per year. Makes more than that in interest on his money each year. He can do that every year for the next 20 years and not blink an eye. TN, Texas and TAM have many billionaires. This is not a $100 million dollar alumnus
