If there are six figures involved or more, a smart kid would do his do diligence. The kids need to make a decision that can last the next 3 to 5 years and not regret what they did and into the portal in the next year or two.

Not hard to be a step up when the first rung of the ladder is sitting firmly in a cesspool.

A month ago I would have said our chances were great, now I'm leaning on 2 of the 3 but we could go 1 out of 3 or with the NIL factor we could go 0 for 3 who knows

Sounds to me like they very much want to be a package deal. Perhaps things are in the works that will make that happen?

I'm reading it as they believe they need that much to satiate the current roster.

Is it normal to take that many officials in a 7 day span? Why so rushed?

I bet the nfl would love a 13 mil roster. They can’t even get a half a qb for that. 13 mil sounds very doable for teams that sell 90k tickets to games and get 50 soon the be 100 mil a year from their conference.

He's trying to get them in before his commitment date on June 18th. Sounds like he wants take a decision and stick with it.

Unfortunately, I don’t think anywhere near the majority of D-1 programs fit those parameters.

The teams that can win championships do though. Most teams don’t belong on the field with true title contenders.half the teams that are referred to a division 1 are a joke and need to drop down.

We really are in a much better position to go after the 23 class with NIL, having gotten the current roster satisfied. Maybe Napier really does know what he is doing. Of course, the more talent you have on your roster and the farther you take them from home, the more the difficult it will be to keep the roster satisfied with NIL. Maybe they should have passed on that Ewers guy. He set a bad precedent for the roster.

I’m not sure distance from home had as much to do with it as he did not win the qb spot. He was going to set a minimum of two years. I think the ideal thing for all five star quarterbacks is to sit one year and play two. If they don’t see that opportunity they got to go
