Kirby had two 5 star QBs transfer out of his program. Not a good track record.

Interesting choice. Dino's seat is getting pretty toasty, CDRW could be playing for his 3rd head coach in as many years in 23.

All the best to CDR. He was probably 3rd or 4th at best after spring practice and that's not counting Jones

You know what I meant . He started on the bottom and remained there. Actually I always liked the guy.

Great school, especially if he’s a comm major. ‘Cuse grads were everywhere up here during my ad agency years.

But won it all with a walk-on 3 star type.

My recollection is that when he committed we thought he was a really bright prospect. I guess one never really knows until the dust settles. Systems and training are really important to a QB, obviously. An otherwise very good QB prospect can pick the wrong school/system/staff for his personality and developmental needs and be out of luck. Yes, hope he does well at his next stop.

He certainly did win it all. And you can’t take that away from him. But nobody thinks that was the right decision. He won in spite of Stetson Bennett, without that defense they would have no should if they had to relay on the offense
