Yes, if what he says is true they are incredible recruiters. Maybe Jimbo's not involved but it looks like something is influencing players to that school. It's not championships. Even if he knows something is occurring, as long as he is not directly involved or connected, what he said might be legally true.

 

Jimbo has been there for years now. What changed last year? Doesn't add up. At least Saban could claim he sold recruits a vision based on his success at LSU when he started recruiting top classes after his first year at Bama. I mean I don't buy it but it is at least more plausible than what happened with jimbo after multiple mediocre years.

I suspect things were occurring that only 24 months ago would fall under lack of institutional control. Why would you commit there if you believed quite a lot of other players were making NIL money that was not being offered to you?

Interesting, just realized both A&M and georgia took 30 each last cycle.
