I was hoping he stayed awhile. That was a great connection to lake Gibson and by extension Cormani McClain. Guess it won't hurt for him to come on staff too but i Liked him as HC better. Would always have the ear of his players.

I don't think it's established that he's significantly better on defense than on offense. That's why he's listed as an athlete. His long speed is much better utilized at TE than DE.

Can't imagine his Dad would let him sign with UF.

I can't imagine a dad preventing his son from attending a top 10 academic university regardless of the situation

This is a significant accomplishment to get him on campus. Clearly there is a buzz about Gator football right now.
He is a UGA legacy (dad, Verron was a stud RB/FB) and I've heard since he was in 1st grade, that Justice would follow his dad's footsteps.

Damn, forgot that was Verron son. Dude need to stop fooling and commit to UGA since that's gonna happen lol. Then again, we thought we'd get EJ because of Emmitt but look at where he ended up at

You mean like he gives a crap? Or shoots through the hole? He was our #2 back. :) By the way was he drafted to the Browns?

Dante Fowler's dad didn't stop him from signing with UF.

But EJ didn't sign with a rival. I would never fault a UF legacy for choosing to play for Stanford.

Ralph Ortega's son signed with Miami. Neither of the Culpepper boys signed with UF. Don't know if either of them had UF offers.

I imagine UGA's success in recruiting may affect his decision. A stacked RB room with 5* ahead of him could deter him if he is looking to play earlier in his career.

Justice has lived in the heart of Bulldog country his entire life (EJ grew up in Texas).
That plays a huge part in this. His entire life he has been surrounded by Bulldogs, attended dozens of games in Athens, continuous behind the scenes look at the UGA program, etc... Athens is 90 minutes from where Justice lives. He knows everything about that program.

Also - I know some posters say they would NEVER let their kid attend UGA (directed at SuperMOM) but then they'll say I can't imagine a dad preventing his kid from attending a top 10 university in UF.

Finally -- Justice is not worried about beating out a 5* RB for playing time. He feels they need to beat him out.

He definitely missed his chance to take the Browns to the Super Bowl.

Beer from the fridge is quick. It’s the beer coming out that lasts more than the commercial break.
