Anyone can read my response, and nowhere did I say I read his agent's memo on the subject. You are just trying to distract from the fact that you got nothing here, are just clinging to the words of a fired, sexual harassing, adulterer, like your life depends on it. It's comically embarrassing for you. Come to think of it, you seem to have a thing for men who are lying adulterers, what attacks you to them?

 

The term "personal relationship" can mean friends, family, or lovers ... I'm just pointing out that isn't some huge win for him when he claims the investigation finds they had a "personal relationship" ... that's the investigation concluding that there were more than co-workers ... which could be friends or lovers in this case, which coincidentally, she's claimed all along they were friends, so that's a meaningless nothing burger that could back what both sides are claiming. But I also think if they had concluded they were having an affair, they would have stated that, which they didn't.

I don't think Mel Tucker has shit to back up his claim, because he would have showed it months ago during the investigation, or now to sway to public opinion. What do you think he is waiting for his "big reveal"? It is not going to help his case at this point to show any game changing text messages, I mean, you can't knowingly withhold all your exculpatory hard evidence until after you are found guilty and then argue it was a bad verdict, can you?

But, I already said I would consider and possibly change my mind if such evidence is released. Will you change your mind if such evidence is not released?

 

Tuckers lawyers released some new text messages, nothing that looks like a smoking gun, though, based on what's quoted ... there are even more "we are just friends" texts in the mix...

I guess the point he is trying to make is that they had a friendly relationship outside of work and therefore the University should have viewed the jerk off call differently.
