I consider Jan 6 the darkest day in American history if only because journalists stood outside the Capitol weeping about it being the darkest day in American history.

 

1. If I break into someone's house, the police show up, and then I willingly surrender, is it no harm no foul because the police walk me out of the house peacefully?

2. Ok....he's still a coward. He incited the crowd and then ran away from that same crowd.

3. The media originally reported on a statement from the Capitol police stating he died from injuries sustained while defending the Capitol. When the autopsy showed he died from a stroke, they reported on that. That's how reporting works.

 

Nope, there have a couple of police shootings where I clearly stated the cop did what they had to do and that the target brought it on themselves. I never made Ashli Babbitt's death about race, but I think it's pretty obvious that her death resonated more with the right because people who look like her tend to not be the ones who get gunned down by police.

I watched some of this video footage. It is very odd two capital police just walking this guy around and showing him different rooms. All while it being very calm.

Also if this guy did pepper spray Brian Sicknick, he was not acting like it while just walking around post the capital building already full of people.

 

I was told by a certain contingent that anyone who hates Trump is suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome. I guess Tucker is suffering from a serious case of it.

Maybe it's just me, but I'm a bit surprised that they were so freely corresponding that way via emails and texts. Seems like at the very least they would have been using one of those apps that's at least arguably more secure.

Well...... After reading this entire thread, I am convinced I need to put my mask on, get in my EV, run to the DR for my 12th booster on COVID, get my eyes checked because what appears to be seen cannot be trusted, I now know that there is nothing any foreign adversary can do to harm us any more than a couple thousand MAGA types and any economy and border concerns are not valid as they are just fine.
I sure am glad I took the time to read all you smart guys take, and I now know how I need to be...

I was it referring to any poster in particular when referencing the gullibility of Tucker’s audience. As to the “very small amount of facts” admitted comment, I’m guessing..l just guessing, that you don’t have an idea of what evidence was actually gathered by the committee, because you ignored the Committee, like so many of the MAGAs out there. Again, just a guess.

 

I would also add that when the right refers to Ashli Babbitt as a victim they hit the nail on the head only their narrative is completely off base. The poor woman was not the victim of a plainsclothes Capitol Police officer who was doing his job protecting members of Congress from a mob when he shot her, she was the victim of a charismatic cult leader who persuaded her that the election was stolen from him and that it was her duty to unlawfully invade the Capitol to prevent the certification of the election results.
