Gee, imagine what a well trained intelligence operative could get out of this guy. Or possibly a former career KGB agent.

Yeah, a few times. In the E. Jean Carroll case for one.

Fact Check: Has Donald Trump's plane been grounded "indefinitely"?

Don’t know if things have changed but this rumor was started back in June from a Twitter parody account and then Fox News reported it as news.

Former trump employee was witness today. Secon in command behind Weiss. Testimony very bad for DT. Yes, I was told that DT instructed Weiss to inflate his net worth. No cross from the defense.

Hotel chief accounting officer for Trump Hotels is up next. this should be interesting. Mr. Hawthorn, what rate were you told to charge Homeland Securities personnel?

Trump fraud trial live updates: Bank relied on Trump’s financial statement to secure loan - ABC News (go.com)

Trump Organization executive Patrick Birney testified that then-CFO Allen Weisselberg told him that Trump wanted to see his net worth "go up."

"Did Allen Weisselberg ever tell you that Mr. Trump wanted his net worth on the statement of financial condition to go up?" state attorney Eric Haren asked Birney. "Yes," Birney said. "I think that happened in Allen Weisselberg's office."

Birney said the meeting with Weisselberg happened sometime between 2017 and 2019, but could recall a specific date.

The testimony prompted a quick objection from Trump attorney Chris Kise, who pushed back on claims from the New York attorney general that there was a conspiracy between Trump Organization employees to inflate Trump’s net worth

Well, you just know he's not going to shut up. Wonder how (and if) the judge intends to enforce.

She said she would consider detaining him. I understand your point. We'll see.

He's held to it for at least a few hours, which I I wasn't sure would happen

is there an over under on how long until he violates it? I'm thinking early am rant before his attorneys talk to him daily to remind him not to threaten anybody.

Not sure what exactly triggers him. During his time as POTUS, supposedly he would sit in the residence all morning and watch FOX news and react with his phone, esp. Fox and Friends. A lot of reports that advisors that were hoping to influence him would try to persuade the hosts to say the right trigger terms. Wonder if his attorneys will try to persuade them to call this a win and say that he is savvy in his silence. Just speculating

Just a guess I suspect that if Trump violates the order rather than detaining him she will hit him where it would really hurt Trump, in the pocketbook. The potential for millions of dollars in fines could be very persuasive.

She is supposed to go that route first. My basic understanding of that area of law is that you have to do the minimum necessary to ensure compliance, and not reach the ultimate sanction, which would be detainment, until you show that everything else failed. So she almost certainly has to go that route, which would also obviously be smart.

Trumps like a lot of guys on this board. He’s alway sure he’s the smartest guy in the room. It’s a bad trait

I think that by threatening violence and including the judge by calling those in charge monkeys could be a violation of that order.

    Is this real?

That is DIRECTLY inciting violence. Basically calling for folks to use their 2nd amendment rights to "rise up".

If this is real... he needs to be jailed. ASAP.

Edit: On second read, perhaps he is referring to the right to vote. But man... that is walking a line right there. Probably threw the Trump 24 on there just so he had something to point at and say he didn't mean the 2nd amendment.
