And look what that yielded. A twice impeached disgraced ex POTUS who had his ass handed to him by a 78 yo running his campaign by Zoom during a pandemic exasperated by DT. The same man who is on the precipice of absolute defeat at long last of the jaw.

    Dems rocked the house.

Edit: I feel like I should have used some commas but I’m feeling it.

Trump Org either grossly cheated on their taxes or they were nothing more than a money laundering operation, which would not surprise me in the least. Quick math says he claimed losses of over $1.8B in just 3 years

Accountant testifies Trump claimed decade of huge tax losses | AP News

Donald Trump reported losses on his tax returns every year for a decade, including nearly $700 million in 2009 and $200 million in 2010, his longtime accountant testified Tuesday, confirming long-held suspicions about the former president’s tax practices.

Donald Bender, a partner at Mazars USA LLP who spent years preparing Trump’s personal tax returns, said Trump’s reported losses from 2009 to 2018 included net operating losses from some of the many businesses he owns through his Trump Organization.
    .................................................

The Times reported Trump paid no income tax in 11 of the 18 years whose records it reviewed, and that he paid just $750 in federal income tax in 2017, the year he became president. Citing other Trump tax records, The Times previously reported that in 1995 he claimed $915.7 million in losses, which he could have used to avoid future taxes under the law at the time.

Let's not forget that 26 USC §6103 which provides legal authority for the House Ways and Committee to access the President's (or anyone else's for that matter) tax returns also provides the same authority to the Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee. If the Democrats manage to get that one extra seat in the Senate they will have complete control over the composition of Senate committees. Although the new Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee will almost certainly give the former president a pass on his tax returns that probably will not be the case of the Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee come January. Below is the relevant statutory language.
    (f) Disclosure to Committees of Congress
    (1) Committee on Ways and Means, Committee on Finance, and Joint Committee on Taxation

Upon written request from the chairman of the Committee on Ways and Means of the House of Representatives, the chairman of the Committee on Finance of the Senate, or the chairman of the Joint Committee on Taxation, the Secretary shall furnish such committee with any return or return information specified in such request, except that any return or return information which can be associated with, or otherwise identify, directly or indirectly, a particular taxpayer shall be furnished to such committee only when sitting in closed executive session unless such taxpayer otherwise consents in writing to such disclosure.

It isnt going to be a good holiday season at ML.
Trump Org going down in flames in court. Court has refused to accept any more motions and smashes political motions. These attorneys are going to need attorneys.

11th about to toss Cannon and the whole special master out

indictments before a DC grand jury being teed up as soon as USSC refuses to hear special master appeal which strips DT of his assumed special protection.

I hope they get his two sons too. They helped empower him.

Trump's problems going 'from bad to worse' with Judge Cannon's 'circus' about to be shut down: legal expert

Special Master Dearie is required to issue his report and recommendation to Judge Cannon by December 16. After that, the parties would have the opportunity to object to Judge Cannon and, if necessary, the 11th Circuit," he added. "That process would take months to play out. I cannot imagine the 11th Circuit allowing this circus to continue until Dec. 1, and that’s part of why I expect that the 11th Circuit will promptly overrule Judge Cannon, ending the entire process."

As for what comes after, the legal analyst speculated Trump's lawyers would quickly run to the Supreme Court for relief and will be promptly rebuffed.

"As soon as that happens, I expect that newly appointed Special Counsel Jack Smith and his team will indict former President Trump on multiple counts," he wrote. "I expect that the indictment would be issued from the District Court for the District of Columbia. The crimes related to the removal and retention of national security documents in violation of the Espionage Act were arguably committed when Trump removed them from the White House, making D.C. a possible venue for an indictment on those charges

far right mouthpiece claims he set Trump up for not supporting the people who supported him

Milo Yiannopoulos claims he set up Fuentes dinner ‘to make Trump’s life miserable’ (msn.com)

Speaking to NBC, Yiannopoulos said he came up with a plan for Fuentes to travel with Ye and hopefully gain access to the former president.

“I wanted to show Trump the kind of talent that he’s missing out on by allowing his terrible handlers to dictate who he can and can’t hang out with,” Yiannopoulos said.

“I also wanted to send a message to Trump that he has systematically repeatedly neglected, ignored, abused the people who love him the most, the people who put him in office, and that kind of behavior comes back to bite you in the end.”

Yiannopoulos was once a leading figure in the alt-right movement but he has been banned by most major social media networks and lost a book deal in 2017 after appearing to endorse paedophilia. He told NBC he also arranged the meeting “just to make Trump’s life miserable”, because he was aware news of the dinner would leak.

A Neo Nazi; a self-identified Jew who's "ex-gay"; and a Black, anti-Semitic rapper. This could be the beginning of a joke. It's an odd group. What is the common denominator here? Christian Nationalism? Misogyny/anti-feminism?

funny, Trump thought Kanye was coming to kiss the ring, but he came to ask DT to be his VP and the punk racists was admonishing DT for abandoning "his" people.

Trump fumes that Kanye ‘tried to f–k’ him over with Nick Fuentes dinner: report (msn.com)

Donald Trump lashed out at Kanye West for inviting notorious Holocaust skeptic and white nationalist Nick Fuentes to dinner at Mar-a-Lago — fuming that the rapper was trying to “f–k him’ over by bringing the uninvited guest.

The ex-president, 76, was “totally blindsided” by Fuentes’ presence at the dinner, which was described as “a total setup,” a confidant speaking anonymously told NBC News.

“He tried to f— me. He’s crazy. He can’t beat me,” Trump said, according to the source.

In an interview with Fox News Digital Tuesday, the former president insisted that he had “never heard of” Fuentes.

You seem certain that Trump is going to jail. Democrats have been certain Trump has been going to jail for roughly 6 years now.

Do you really think Trump is going to prison?

Do you think he shouldn't? Why or why not? Has he committed crimes? If so, should those crimes be punished in any way?
