Trump wanted Pence and his allies to help him overthrow the election results. That's what he's being charged with and will go to jail for.

Other than those who invaded the capital and the leaders of the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys, nobody has been charged with the insurrection. It is still under investigation. The absence of indictment of the 6 alleged co-conspirators indicates an ongoing investigation. That said, numerous convicted insurrectionists on 1-6 told federal judges in DC that Trump’s words motivated their actions. And he knew very well what his words were doing in advance of 1-6 and on 1-6. He has the Intel, knew the crowd would be violent, knew that there were armed people who were not coming through the metal detectors, and when the riot started he did nothing. Etc. Etc. His words are responsible for what happened. And his calls for vengeance are clear.

My question was about indictments. You’re trying very hard to make my question about something it wasn’t. Clearly, I raise a valid point, because you’re trying sooo hard to make my question into something totally different than what it was.

"Sacred landslide?" Does the "J" in Donald J. Trump stand for Jesus?

Yes, they do. (or at least pretend to)

Apparently Jack Smith has contemporaneous notes from Pence. The info in there could be useful.

Do you think Trump telling Pence, “you’re too honest” bears on criminal intent and willfulness? Or, “I am going to have to call you out in public” and then doing it during the Riot shows specific intent? We can look forward to Pence and many members of the Trump Administration being branded liars, RINOS, traitors. Because isn’t about truth or fact, but loyalty it Trump.

If they included Pence in any of the “OK, here’s what we’re going to do” type planning which they almost had to do given his role in the EC count, it could be bad for trump

They did. And Pence testified about it to the grand jury

How about this one for criminal intent: after the acting attorney general told Trump there was no fraud, Trump responded: “just announce there was fraud and leave the rest to me and the Republican Congressmen.”

Sounds like criminal intent and admission of guilt to me.

. Which is a reminder that the two thirds majority of the GOP House caucus and 8 US Senators were involved in this plot too

How about “find me 11,780 more votes” to Raffensberger

Trump is trying to turn this into a 1A case right now by defying his conditions of pre-trial release.

He wants to get it in front of his buddies Thomas, Kavanaugh & Barrett to get it squashed.

That is why I say lock him up and take away his megaphone.

He can learn the consequences of his wrong doing like every other criminal.

I would never be included in an impartial jury.
