Makes no difference whatsoever. They all know the job requirements are to put Trump above the Constitution and yet they are all still willing to take the job.

Not to me. The only one that is not objectionable to me, at this time, is Byron Donalds. That’s only because I haven’t heard
of him. Once I dig deeper I reserve the right to change my mind.

Putin showing his end game, discredit us election and judicial systems..djt such a useful idiot for him..sad that so many can't or won't recognize just how much of a pawn djt is to putin

Putin Says Trump's Conviction Should Make 1 Thing 'Clear' To People In The UK (msn.com)

Speaking to international news agencies last night, the Russian president suggested that Brits should now see that the prosecution of Trump is akin to “burning” US democracy to the ground.
    .............................
He said: “You all know very well what is happening now in the United States.

“They are burning themselves from the inside, they are destroying their own country and their own political system in the course of internal political struggle.

“And, whether you like it or not, I should say that they are burning to the ground their imaginary leadership in the sphere of democracy.”

He might just be right. The fact that MAGA supports a serial fraudster and now convict is absolutely crushing to the soul of this country.

Republicans for the rule of law--good on them--are spendign $2M urging the supreme court to reject claim of immunity for J6 and documents case

Republicans Tell Supreme Court to Rule Against Donald Trump (msn.com)
A Republican group is spending $2 million as part of a multi-state campaign urging the Supreme Court to reject Donald Trump's presidential immunity claim in association with ongoing federal criminal trials.

In April, the Supreme Court heard oral arguments from the legal team for the former president and presumptive 2024 Republican presidential nominee in the case of whether a president is immune from criminal charges while still in the White House. Last week, in Manhattan, Trump was found guilty of 34 felony counts for falsifying records in relation to allegedly giving adult film actress Stormy Daniels hush money ahead of his 2016 election victory. The charges in the case stemmed from actions before Trump was in the Oval Office.
    ....................................
On Friday, Republicans for the Rule of Law—a nonprofit organization that originated in 2019 around the time of special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into Trump's relationship with Russia—launched an educational awareness ad campaign that features testimonials from 25 conservatives who say that the High Court should dismiss Trump's claim of "absolute immunity" for the preservation of justice and not allowing special rules for presidents in office.

"The special sauce in this campaign is that the testimonials are not highly produced; just authentic and in the people's own voices," Tony Franquiz, a national spokesperson for the group, told Newsweek via phone on Friday. "We believe the messenger is most important than the message."

Interesting analysis on two long interviews Trumps and Biden did with Time Magazine. Conclusion: Interviewers dumb down questions for Trump because they are not confident he can handle complex questions.

"Something striking: the substance of Trump and Biden's answers is, of course, quite distinct but, even more than that, one can tell the interviewer has more confidence in the intellectual capacity of one man over the other," she wrote.

"I want to get your thoughts on China," Time asked Trump. "Do you think the U.S. should defend Taiwan if China invades?"

However to Trump they asked, "CIA Director Bill Burns says the President Xi Jinping of China has ordered the Chinese military to be ready by 2027 to conduct a successful invasion of Taiwan," Time asked Biden. "You said on multiple occasions that you would use U.S. forces to defend Taiwan. What does that mean? Is it boots on the ground? What shape would that take?"

"The interviewer(s) at Time seem to believe one man (Biden) is capable of answering a complex question containing multiple premises," she wrote. "The interviewer(s) at Time seem to not believe the other man (Trump) is capable of answering a simple unlayered question."
