A special grand jury that investigated election interference by former President Donald J. Trump and his allies in Georgia recommended indictments of multiple people on a range of charges in its report, most of which remains sealed, the forewoman of the jury said in an interview today. “It is not a short list,” the forewoman, Emily Kohrs, said, adding that the jury had appended eight pages of legal code “that we cited at various points in the report.” She declined to discuss who specifically the special grand jury recommended for indictment, since the judge handling the case decided to keep those details secret when he made public a few sections of the report last week. But seven sections that are still under wraps deal with indictment recommendations, Ms. Kohrs said. Asked whether the jurors had recommended indicting Mr. Trump, Ms. Kohrs gave a cryptic answer: “You’re not going to be shocked. It’s not rocket science,” adding “you won’t be too surprised.”

I've seen my dad wear one in the deer woods. If you keep a handheld on you, you can leave the truck and walk down the road or into the woods, still listen to comms, and not be blaring rednecks hollering over the radio for all the critters in the woods to hear.
I'm talking about actual court cases where people's freedom for the next several years was on the line. If they had a viable defense that they did nothing wrong, they would have used it. Sometimes you don't have to overthink things.
I do not even know of that court cases have been released yet. If seems odd to me that in some very important court cases that judges seem to be able to keep the general public from seeing anything on SOME court case. Now... that does NOT mean they are not out there on this particular event, but as I have said, I have not seen them. I'd also like to see the transcripts of the Epstein's case, and I'd also like to see his partners court room case transcripts too. Secret courtroom cases (no transcripts released to the public) are DANGEROUS to a Constitutional Republic.
I can save you the trouble of reading almost 200 different court transcripts. If any of the defendants were acquitted because they were pushed into the building by undercover law enforcement that person would have been on right wing cable news 24/7. If it were true, we would know about it.

They are called trials. Each defendant has been or is represented by counsel, unless they opted not to be, and each has had an absolute right to a jury trial unless he or she waived it. They have enjoyed all the protections afforded by the US Constitution, federal statutes and the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure. NOTHING has been conducted in "banana republic" style, no one has been denied due process.
