OK thanks - I didn't understand what you meant.

What do you think will happen with the trial?

I think that it is WAY too early to tell, and I think predicting jury trial outcomes are fools work. That said, in these VERY EARLY stages, and based solely from what I’ve read, the evidence is coming in as favorable as the prosecution could hope (and the prosecution has, IMO, a very tough case with a high burden to get there). But again, this will be a long trial, and trials by nature are fluid and unpredictable.

Politically, I think this is Trump’s best possible campaign opportunity. He gets to be in the public eye, every day, in every news station and in every paper and every medium, all while not saying a word.

    Good analysis...thanks!

On the prediction aspect......I enjoy making predictions myself. Keeps things interesting.

Take motorcycle auctions on B.A.T. On certain models that interest me, I'll make a guess at what they end up selling for. I'm pretty good at it but whether I go under or over I'm OK with it.

That said......I've not made a prediction (yet) on how this trial will end. From my perspective, it seems the prosecution has it's work cut out for it, as you stated. So it seems to favor Trump.

I'm glad he's able to get some time away from the courtroom though. I'm enjoying seeing that......

Trump displays his excellent understanding of advanced maths and other hard realities with the statement "Three years ago, we were a great nation." The responses on social media included gems like "Of course we were, we had just fired you!" Sadly, Trump doesn't realize that he was not president three years ago, or realizes that we were a better nation under Biden than himself.

I agree with @ajoseph. Way too early to tell we are still pre-Stormy and pre-Cohen.

Wow... dude has absolutely no shame.

We all knew he was full of S when he said he was looking forward to testifying, now he is trying to make it look like he isn't going to be allowed to because of the gag order.

Would be hilarious if it wasn't so scary that his supporters are too stupid to see through his BS.

He said the same thing in the civil case - that he was precluded from testifying due to the gag order. 100% complete and total BS, which any reasonable person who has any understanding of our judicial system would recognize as total and complete BS.

I saw that yesterday and was too lazy to post. But that really puts a nail in the "Biden is too old" schtick, doesnt it?

Arguments don't have to have internal validity. The argument just have to make them feel better about what they are doing.

Allegations Surface of Russian Hybrid Warfare on NATO Soil (msn.com)

The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) has issued a formal statement decrying alleged hybrid warfare activities by Russia within the territory of alliance members.

In recent months, a number of arrests and investigations directed at individuals believed to be acting on Russia’s behalf have taken place in various NATO countries, including Estonia, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czechia, and the United Kingdom. These individuals are purportedly involved in espionage, military sabotage, and at least one instance of plotting to kill Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

“Across the Euro-Atlantic area, on Alliance territory and through its proxies, Russia persists with a heightened campaign of malign activities,” according to NATO’s official statement. “Sabotage, aggressions, cyber and electronic attacks, misinformation campaigns, and a breadth of hybrid tactics pose a grave concern for the security of the Allies.”

Amidst these activities and increased cyber threats reported in the region, there is growing scrutiny about the reach of Russia’s covert influence in Europe as they continue to send agents and conduct intelligence operations.

Trump Media's accounting firm is being charged with "massive fraud" for running a "sham audit mill". It seems like everything associated with Trump has the word "fraud" attached to it. Trump Media has announced that it is looking for a new shady accounting audit firm with flexible ethics.

Why am I not surprised? The last thing Trump would want is an honest audit based on the standard metrics used by auditors indicating that DJT (the company not the person although the adjective would apply to both) has virtually no tangible value.

It WAS fake. He redelivered already delivered pizzas. There's a detailed timeline in the video. He also doesn't know the department's correct name, which is inexcusable for a New Yorker. He repeatedly referred to it as NYFD. It is the most famous fire department in the world...FDNY.

Bob DeNiro gives Trump an endorsement. Calls him the next Hitler.

Robert De Niro condemns Trump: "As a kid, I'd say, 'Hitler...that never would happen.' But now I see it's possible.”
