So how many times can he appeal this before he actually has to pay up? Given Trump's history this is probably a long way from being over. Hope I'm wrong.
Saw someone point out in a tweet that he claimed to have $400 million in cash in his Trump org trial, so either he has to admit that he is capable of paying up here or admit he lied in the other trial. Bankruptcy won't save him because his assets would just be sold off to settle. Appealing is only going save him for so long.
I presume he will need to post a bond if he appeals and wants her not to be able to collect during the pendency of the appeal. That is a deterrent
Not sure if this is all true, but if so, this is what Trump gets for hiring someone for her cup size.
He can appeal to the Circuit Court of Appeals. Initially it goes before a 3 judge panel. If he loses there, he can ask for the full panel of judges to review it. If he loses again, SCOTUS is the last stop and I'm predicting they won't want to hear this case.
The legal experts I watched/read last night said he has little/no grounds for an appeal thanks to his incompetent counsel. Due to her lack of objections to anything introduced at this trial, she can't come back now and say A/B/C/D was out of bounds.
Trump’s behavior is among the most inexplicable of things. All he had to do was say that he is defending himself in court and since it is an ongoing case on appeal he has no comment. Anyone want a moron with zero impulse control in the White House?
You write for Babylon? I don’t think you even try. You could have changed impulse control to bladder control and tried to be funny.. but this was a dud.
Sadly once again over 70 million Americans will probably end up voting for the moron with zero impulse control. Although he couldn't care less about them he has the gift of persuading his supporters that the government and media are going after him to get to them.
