Wrong. State and local LEO's are under no obligation to turn over anyone to the FEDS unless there is a court order to do so. A Fed deportation order does not count. As long as the state or local police don't activeley interfere with the Feds, they aren't harboring anyone.

And it's wrong to believe undocumented immigrants only live in sanctuary cities. There are more than 25k undocumented immigrants in every state.
